Coaching Leaders
We offer leadership coaching to current and future leaders. There’s leadership theory where it helps, but we coach from a practical point of view. It’s a combination of focused listening, thoughtful questioning, providing a sounding board for your plans and ideas, helping with complex problem-solving, offering plenty of ideas and suggestions, providing encouragement; and offering confirmation when what you’re doing is right.

We can offer leadership coaching in person or remote. It can be a one-off to deal with a thorny issue, or a regular catch up. Typically that’s a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly discussion to suit. But it can be whatever you need.
Whilst most of our leadership coaching comes from extensive practical experience, Simon Rhodes has undertaken coaching training, including a Level 5 Advanced Diploma of Coaching and Mentoring.
